We will instruct two independent estate agents who will carry out a valuation of your existing home
We will advise you of the valuations on your home. Once a price is agreed, the Assisted Move agreement can then be completed and the estate agents will begin to market your property.
The estate agents will conduct viewings on your home until a buyer is found. They will then ensure the sale runs smoothly providing you with regular updates along the way.
You can now move into your new Coln Signature Home.
